To apply, meet admission requirements and submit documents before the deadline.
• Completed application form.
• 300-400 word cover letter
• Copy of your official secondary school diploma: Baccalaureate, A levels, Maturite or equivalent
• Copies of your academic transcripts and certificates (translated in English or French)
• For non-native English speakers, please provide proof of your English proficiency (see language test requirements below)
• Letter of reference from your school or professor (if possible).
• Copy of your passport photograph (ID) page.
• One recent passport-sized color photograph in JPEG format.
• A non-refundable application fee of CHF/EUR 150, payable online.
• International students: proof of financial means to pay for the course (official letter or bank statement from your guarantor).
Language test requirements: IELTS (6.0), TOEFL (80 ibt), DET Duolingo (110) or equivalent. Please note that you may be exempt from taking an English language test, if you studied in English.
Interviews: Most candidates are evaluated based on their application materials. However, IFM may invite candidates for an interview and reserves the right to reject those who decline. For international students, online interviews can be arranged.
If you are waiting for results or a diploma: If still completing exams, awaiting diploma/results, or pending documents, your offer will be conditional.. The procedure is the same, but you will attach your provisional results and you will send your final results or your diploma later.
Alternative educational backgrounds: If you followed a non-traditional path, we can assess your qualifications and
provide guidance.

At IFM, we welcome students and faculty from around the world (50 nationalities).
1. Application Review: We bring extensive experience in evaluating international applications. Each application is carefully reviewed, considering academic achievements, professional experience, age, and other relevant factors.
2. Application Deadlines: For international students residing outside Europe, complete applications must be submitted at least three months before the intended start date.
3. Financial Proof: Applicants must provide proof of sufficient financial resources (via a letter and/or bank statement) to support their studies.
4. Visa and Full Acceptance: If a student visa is required for Switzerland, we will issue the necessary visa support documents after receiving your completed registration form and fee payment.
The credit transfer request must be submitted at the time of application. The evaluation is based on official transcripts, results, and course descriptions. Only successfully completed courses that align with IFM’s program may be considered. Credit transfer is not automatic, as the approach and content of courses may vary.

• After verification, you’ll receive an offer or rejection.

Acceptance of Offer & Enrollment
a. To accept, fill out and email the final registration form and send it back to us via upload or email.
b. Pay the registration fee and the 1st installment of tuition.
c. Once we receive your acceptance and completed form, we will send confirmation and the final set of documents

If a student visa is required for Switzerland, we will provide the necessary visa support documents upon receiving your completed registration form and fee payment.
